I liked Alcatraz as I can feel more immersed with mute characters. My main peeve with it is the whole 'Alcatraz is now Prophet' thing. It's not that it looks bad it's just that it doesn't look like anything above average (except lookswise). From what I've seen of Crysis 3 though I haven't had the massive urge to buy it as I did with Crysis 2.
I enjoyed Crysis due to the open world and stealth and I enjoyed Crysis 2 as it reminded me and a lot of people of Half Life 2. The reviews I've seen have said it looks great and is a very well made game but the plot and gameplay just aren't memorable. Has anyone had a chance to play this yet? I'm still pondering about whether I should buy it.
